On behalf of the Executive, I, David Hatter, Head Road Captain, will be chairing a ride planning meeting on Sunday, February 6, 2022, from 2 pm to 4 pm in the Hagen Room at Barnes Harley-Davidson. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the type of rides that members would like to see for 2022 and brain storm ideas for those types of rides. There is no expectation for attendees to commit to organizing or planning a ride. We just want your ideas! Covid-19 presents ongoing challenges but the Executive is hopeful that 2022 will see a return to more Chapter rides.
The current Public Health Orders require all attendees to be fully vaccinated, wear a mask and remain seated during the meeting. Your proof of vaccination QR code will be scanned at the door prior to entry to the Hagen Room. The meeting will be restricted to not more than 20 persons. So we can control the number of attendees, please either send me an email at djhatter@shaw.ca or comment below that you plan on attending. We hope to see a number of you at the meeting but if you have ride ideas and cannot attend please pass those ideas along to me or to any other Chapter executive.
